Grand RE Opening at Sage and Sand Grill

This is the Sage & Sand.
It is directly across from the base.
Chris has been working here for the past few months.
It is the one year anniversary under new ownership.
So they had a 3-day re-opener!!!
Friday, the 1st.
Amazing Fire Truck!
4 BBQs, 4 flat screens, stereo, kareoke,
soda fountains, and much more!
To see more go the website, www.fireupfreedom.com.

Justin wasn't happy when the guy made him wear the hat.

He was happy to blow the horns and sirens though!!!
Second day, fire truck, a mind blowing magician!
I have not seen a magician so well rehearsed as him.
Jaw dropping illisionist!
It was a blast and one of the best experiences of the weekend!

Grandpa Bob & Grandma Mary were here the third day.
Played some pool and enjoyed a few good meals.

These are some of the children whose parents own the place.
Mitch, Jackie, & Sammi.
Then, their cousins Reanna & Peyton.
And Justin.

The second night there was a voleyball tournament that I ended up joining last minute.
We took first place......
I think to everyone's suprise!!!!
Prizes included:
Sage & Sand lunch pale
Pen
whistle
beer token
frizbee
&
$50!!!!

In the newly renovated Sage is sand volleyball court, horseshoes, 2 stages (with live bands),
badmitten, basketball court, and back outdoor patio and grill!
and then some......

This is a bar where everyone was able to tag it up and Chris tagged us on it.
Then it was shlacked.

This is Tanya, one of the cooks for Clubhouse Grill as well as Sage and Sand.

On the third day was the race car!
It was impressive to say the least.
300 inches long
8000 horse power
160+ mph in a short distance of less than quarter mile

It was so much longer than I expected!

Found this tag on the rear of the car :)
They have to put new spark plugs in everytime they run it.
That is a lot of plugs!

To hear them tap the gas was quite shocking being less then 15 ft away with no ear plugs!
Awesome.

Tight squeeze eh?
Well our weekend was full, eventful, and tiring all in one!
Thanks Chris!
We had a great time!!!!
